Never forget the importance of stretching. Dynamic Stretching, or stretching that involves movement such as wide arm circles, is generally performed at the beginning of an exercise program after proper warm-up. Static Stretching, stretching while the body is at rest, is performed after exercise to improve flexibility and cool your body down.

Avoid unhealthy snacking by keeping fresh fruits and veggies on hand. Some CLEAN EATING fruits and veggies include: Apples, Avocados, Bananas, Blueberries, Broccoli, Celery, Cucumbers, Kale, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, etc.

Don’t skip meals! Contrary to popular belief, skipping meals WILL NOT help you lose the fat. Skipping meals can cause your metabolism to slow down, which in turn signals your body to store fat.

Did you know that running at a zero incline on a treadmill actually simulates downhill running! When running on a treadmill, set the incline at 1%-2% to simulate the natural wind resistance to running outdoors.
